My Favorite Everyday Health Care Products
Hi friends! These are my FAVORITE products and I’ll try to add all of the links to each of them: I’ll tell you how often I use them and why! From Hair to Facials to Feet, these products are all affordable, effective, and long lasting! These are definitely essentials for me and make me feel so healthy everyday!
Let’s start with one of my favorite products ever! The original brand I have always used is called Sea Breeze, but this Equate Astringent Deep Cleansing is the exact same product! I use it every day and night just to clean dirt off my face, make it less oily, and to just make myself feel fresh! It truly gets all dirt and makeup off your face! The only downside is that it would burn your eyes if you put it on your eyes, so I use a different product for eye makeup removing! But this product is so cheap and so worth it! It makes you feeling fresh all day long! You can get it from Walmart for LESS THAN $3!
For removing eye makeup, these are my two go to products. I have always used the equate eye-makeup remover, but it feels a little slick and oily on my face even though it’s oil free. It’s cheap and effective, so I still use it! You just have to make sure to shake it up before you use it.
Next is my new discovery of Micellar Cleansing Water. It feels just like water on your face and removes makeup, and is soft on eyes to remove eye makeup, and it makes your face feel fresh! It is a lot less oily feeling in my opinion, but it’s just slightly more expensive, I got mine on Amazon Prime Day! From what I can see, Target has the best deal right now:
This is the absolute BEST toothpaste I have ever used! It’s the Crest HD Whitening 2 Step! I use it twice everyday of course. All you do is brush your teeth with #1 for one minute, then without rinsing the brush, brush for one minute using #2! I have seen incredible differences in my teeth and how white they all are! This product is so worth the $10 it is and more! I get mine from Walmart, but Target’s is cheaper online:
These are my vitamins that I take DAILY! So starting with my Vitamin C from Spring Valley on the left: I take it once every morning, and despite it being a little tart, I definitely feel healthier when I’m taking it regularly rather than when I’m not! Especially when I’m sick, taking two in the morning gives me the energy I need for the day! So why Spring Valley rather than other brands? If you can see on the bottle, it has 500mg of Vitamin C, which is about 870% of your daily value, and you can’t get sick from too much vitamin C! All of the other brands typically only have 250mg, so you definitely get a better bang for your buck!

Spring Valley: Chewable C Vitamin Orange Juice Flavor
Now for ScienceCare Hair Vitamins: If you have ever heard of the typical “SugarBear Hair Vitamins” these are the EXACT SAME VITAMINS, but for almost HALF THE PRICE!! These are the most expensive items I have on this post, but it’s so worth it! Sugar Bear is SO expensive, but these vitamins really do work! They have Vitamin B, C, D, 12, and more, but what makes them so special is how much Biotin is in them! These vitamins are to strengthen your hair and nails, and as a girl with super thin and previously unhealthy hair, these truly do make a difference in just a week if you take 2 bears a day. Oh and I forgot to tell you how yummy they are! They taste like the blue Scooby Snacks that used to exist!
Okay so a lot of facial products are typically expensive, don’t do enough, or do too much. I think I found the perfect, most affordable, and most effective face masks! I use a freeman face mask about once a week at least. These are my 3 favorite types of this brand, because the outer two are peel offs, which I absolutely love, and the middle one is lemon scented, which is my favorite scent. You can get these at a variety of places for about the same price, but I think the cheapest I have seen this brand is $4 a bottle at 5 Below! At Ulta they’re only $4.29 so here’s that link:
Here are my in the shower face washes! So first with the Konjac Sponge on the left! It is made from organic Bamboo Charcoal and is completely organic. It basically cleans out any impurities and leaves your face and skin feeling so incredibly smooth. It says for best use to change it out every 2 months and it’s only $4 at 5 below! I absolutely love it! Ulta also sells it for $5 so here’s that link!
Next is my Equate Deep Clarifying Exfoliating Scrub! I love the way it feels on my face with its beads, especially after using the konjac sponge that makes my face so smooth first! You can find this basic wash at any Walmart, Target, Ulta, but it’s just so simple, and you already know it’s not going to harm your skin! And for less than $4 at Walmart!
I also like to take care of my feet and these are my favorite products to do so! I start with using my Beauty Spot Foot File and Buffer, with two different tools it’s so easy to get my feet smooth, I use this probably twice a month. I can’t find this exact product on any website besides zulily, but I got mine at 5 below for $3. Here’s the zulily link:
Next is the Bare Foot scrub (also from 5 below for $4 but apparently I got ripped off, because Walmart has it for $2.50) I love the texture and scent of this product! It makes my feet so smooth and soft and smelling so nice for days!
Last is the Bath and Body Works Lotion, I just like to use lotion on my legs when I clean/ soften my feet, I vary on what lotion I use daily, but typically its a Bath and Body Works brand, they always have deals. Right now they’re having a $6 sale on lotion that is a retired fragrance
Hair Shots is A MUST!!! I discovered this product at a volleyball tournament about 5 or 6 years ago and I have been obsessed ever since! It is basically perfume for your hair that will specifically activate when you start to sweat. So for athletes, anyone on the go, or for anyone that just wants the extra ooomph for their day, hair shots is so affordable and necessary! There’s so many scents and I ALWAYS get complemented on how I smell when I use it, even more than my regular perfume. This is a must buy! They increased their prices a little to $15, but mine lasts me a FULL YEAR! I only use 2-3 sprays a day and it’s PERFECT!
And while were on hair, I have naturally oil rich hair, so even when I have showered that day, my hair sometimes looks oily! To prevent the oily look, I use Not Your Mother’s Brand of Dry Shampoo. I’ve tried many different dry shampoos, but based on scents and effectiveness, NYM is my favorite brand in this category.
But why is there baby powder next to it?? Have you ever ran out of dry shampoo and don’t have time to go to the store or take a shower and your hair is horribly oily? Baby powder is a great alternative, it smells nice, will make your hair look drier, just rub some into the top of your scalp, but not too much or you’ll look like grandma! Any brand of baby powder works!
There’s always debates regarding deodorant: whether to use guys or girls, gel or stick, etc. But for me, personally, I have always loved Lady Speed Stick. I think it takes away any odor without adding any excessive odor of it’s own such as men’s deodorant typically does! I just smack it on and I’m good for the day!
